Bubbles of Barcelona Framed Luster Print by iain
Bubbles of Barcelona Framed Luster Print by iain
A street performer sent huge soap bubbles drifting across a public square in Barcelona, and for a moment an ordinary city afternoon turned strange and luminous. Photographer iain framed the shot around the contrast between the nearly monochrome city behind them and the impossible colors caught in each bubble, holding on to a moment that disappeared almost as soon as anyone noticed it. Barcelona, Spain, 2015.
This fine art print is made on premium luster photo paper, which has a soft sheen that's partly glossy and partly matte. The colors in the bubbles and the soft grays of the city stay rich and sharp, without the heavy glare of a glossy print. It arrives framed in black wood behind a clear acrylic front, with hanging hardware included, so it's ready to go on your wall.
